| | WITC Symantec Antivirus Home Use Rights Software Agreement
WITC has purchased Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition Home Use Rights. This license agreement allows eligible WITC staff to install and use Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition on their home computer.
Eligible staff
Full and part time benefit eligible staff employed at WITC is included under this agreement.
Software installation and support
The software under this license agreement can only be loaded on staff owned computers. Staff are responsible for loading their own software.
WITC is not required to provide support for this software loaded under the Symantec Home Use Rights agreement.
Termination of software license agreement or change in employment
The current license agreement purchased from Symantec is valid until August 1st 2010. If WITC does not renew its home use license all staff will be notified. Upon notification staff will be required to remove the software installed under the license agreement.
Staff changing their employment status at WITC and no longer qualify for the home use license agreement as stated above under eligible staff is required to remove the software installed under the license agreement.
In accepting the agreement below you are stating that you understand and will abide by the requirements of the license agreement.
This agreement does not cancel any additional license requirements required by Symantec. Therefore any Symantec license requirements also apply to this agreement. |
